In this video i display one of my main focuses in this class and that was to get a bit stronger and gain some weight. I have also gotten in much better shape from this class and my basketball practices. Fitness days were awesome for me to improve my cardio. And the days i was able to work out that improved my strength and i gained some weight from it. My main focus was to strengthen my upper body because i feel like thats where i lack the most strength. In this video i display certain workouts i have done multiple times to improve my strength. Also certain sports we played on non fitness days. I feel like i continued to put in the same work ethic i did in the first semester but i had goals in the beggining of the semester and i achieved them so i think i should get a 93% in this class.
Wow.. putting some weight on Ryan!! You are an awesome guy and I really like having you in class. I hop as you continue to work out and get bigger your confidence will also grow. I think those around you have a lot to learn from you but I don't see you step to show them very often. Keep being nice, and working hard... and trust that you have something to give to your classes, your bball team, and your friends. :) Have a good second semester buddy.
